New Lay-by Policy

We will now be offering our valued customers lay-by. There are a few terms and conditions. Please see below:

-Our lay-by service is available for New Zealand orders exceeding $100

-Minimum non-refundable 20% deposit

-Fortnightly payments required

-Cancellation Fee (we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $10 to cover the cost of storage, processing and any loss in retail value.)

-Total lay-by term is 4 weeks

-The lay-by merchandise will remain Trendy Little Tackers property until the purchase price is paid in full.

-We will deliver the lay-by merchandise to you in accordance with our usual delivery policies once the purchase has been paid in full.

- You may, at any time before the purchase price has been paid in full and for any reason, cancel the lay-by by giving us notice to that effect. We also reserve the right to cancel the lay-by if a instalment is not paid on the relevant date on your invoice.

-On cancellation by either party, any outstanding credit, less the non-refundable deposit and $10 cancellation fee will be paid back to you.

-You are not able to vary a lay-by order in any way.
